比推消息，澳大利亚证券投资委员会（ASIC）正寻求向高等法院上诉，要求重新裁定金融科技公司 Block Earner 的 DeFi 产品”Access”属于金融产品。2024 年 3 月，高等法院曾驳回 ASIC 关于该产品需持牌运营的指控。ASIC 表示，此举旨在明确金融产品的定义标准，该标准应适用于包括加密货币在内的所有产品。高等法院将在未定日期审理其申请。此前法院对 Block Earner 的两款产品作出区别裁决：认定”Earner”产品构成无牌金融服务，但驳回了对”Access”的同类指控。 2024 年 6 月，法院撤销了 Block Earner 因”Earner”产品面临的 35 万澳元罚款，ASIC 对此提出的上诉亦于 2025 年 4 月被驳回。（CoinDesk）
