Metallus (MTUS) said Tuesday that it promoted Kristopher Westbrooks to the newly created position of president and chief operating officer.
Metallus also appointed John Zaranec as chief financial officer.
The appointments are effective June 16.
Westbrooks was previously working as the company's CFO. Zaranec, most recently, worked at Materion (MTRN) as division CFO, the company said.
