中国甘肃网5月23日讯 据甘肃日报报道（新甘肃·甘肃日报记者 白永萍）5月21日，“甘肃省艺术基金网络平台”正式上线运行，标志着全省艺术基金管理开启数字化转型新篇章。

　　“甘肃省艺术基金网络平台”由“艺术门户网站+项目管理平台”双系统构成。艺术门户网站设有动态信息、项目管理、成果展示等六大核心板块，通过图文影音融合传播的方式，全方位呈现资助项目艺术成果；艺术门户网站还特别设置了“艺术共享”专区，集合了近年重点资助项目数字资源，公众可在线鉴赏重点基金艺术作品，实现艺术成果全民共享。项目管理平台则构建起了“申报-评审-监管-结项”全周期闭环管理体系，申报主体可通过系统完成在线申报、进度查询、资料提交等操作；管理端创新采用的“智能匹配+双盲评审”机制，以大数据算法随机遴选专家库成员，实现项目评审公平公正。

　　据介绍，“甘肃省艺术基金网络平台”的投入使用，有效破解了传统管理中的时空限制，申报审核周期将缩短40%，专家评审效率将提升50%。运行期间，平台将重点优化用户体验，同步开展线上培训指导。
