智通财经APP讯，高鑫零售(06808)发布公告，基于本公司业务需要及遵循良好企业管治原则(即在适当任期后更换核数师)，董事会已于2025年5月23日决议：不续聘本公司现任核数师罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(罗兵咸永道)，因此罗兵咸永道将自本公司即将于2025年8月14日举行的股东周年大会(股东周年大会)结束后退任;及经本公司审核委员会(审核委员会)推荐，建议委任毕马威会计师事务所(毕马威)为本公司新任核数师。
