中访网数据  华泰证券股份有限公司（股票代码：601688.SH，06886.HK）于2025年6月20日召开董事会及监事会，审议通过《关于公司回购注销部分A股限制性股票的议案》，拟回购注销43.8万股A股限制性股票，占公司总股本的0.005%。此次回购涉及143名激励对象，主要因个人绩效未达标或解除劳动关系，回购价格为调整后的授予价7.22元/股，总金额约316.6万元，资金来源为自有资金。

此次回购注销后，公司注册资本将减少43.8万元，相应修订公司章程条款，但不会导致实际控制人变更或影响公司上市地位。华泰证券表示，此举为落实2021年推出的股权激励计划，持续优化激励约束机制。

此外，公司董事会提名晋永甫（江苏省苏豪控股副总裁）为非执行董事，王莹（现任党委副书记）为执行董事，待股东大会审议通过后生效。

华泰证券2024年业绩表现稳健，归母净利润同比增长20.4%至153.5亿元，此次股权调整旨在进一步绑定核心人才，推动长期发展战略。
