IMM2510/AXN-2510联合化疗治疗一线非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的2期试验
预计将于2025年第三季度在中国完成IMM2510/AXN-2510联合化疗治疗一线NSCLC患者的2期试验的约60名患者入组。
自2025年3月底以来，在已入组的30多名NSCLC患者中(包括安全性导入期)，有20多名一线NSCLC患者已接受治疗。
此2期试验的初步安全性及有效性结果预计将于2025年下半年公布。
IMM2510/AXN-2510单药治疗复发性╱难治性NSCLC的数据(中国)
客观响应率(ORR)与竞争对手处于类似开发阶段的PD-(L)1x血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)双特异性抗体的数据集相似，均为针对既往接受过治疗的NSCLC 患者，ORR为23%(可评估有效性n=13)。
有关IMM2510/AXN-2510的其他临床及临床前最新情况
公司预计于2026年年中在中国启动IMM2510/AXN-2510联合化疗治疗一线NSCLC的3期试验，目前尚待与监管部门商讨。
临床前实验证明，IMM2510/AXN-2510在体外存在VEGF时能与PD-L1协 同结合。有关IMM2510/AXN-2510显示出独特且可能是同类最佳作用机制的更多临床前数据集，预计将在未来的医学或科学会议上公布。
