智通财经APP讯，中国南方航空股份(01055)发布公告，任积东先生(任先生)因退休已辞任监事及第十届监事会主席。任先生的辞任已于股东周年会批准张弢先生(张先生)获委任为新任监事后生效。
本公司欣然宣布，经股东周年会上批准，祝海平先生(祝先生)获选为第十届董事会独立非执行董事，任期至现届董事会期限届满。祝先生的委任已于股东周年会结束后生效。
于2025年5月23日，董事会审议及批准委任祝先生担任审计与风险管理委员会委员;委任祝先生担任提名委员会委员，同日张俊生先生不再担任提名委员会委员;及委任祝先生担任航空安全委员会委员及主任委员，同日韩文胜先生不再担任航空安全委员会委员及主任委员。
