5月21日，扬腾创新（福建）信息科技股份有限公司（下称“扬腾股份”）向福建证监局提交上市辅导备案报告，辅导机构为中金公司（601995）。
扬腾股份成立于2019年9月，注册资本3.6亿元，注册地址为福建省福州市闽侯县，法人为谢洪兴，控股股东为福州高新区兴腾企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙），持股比例为38.85%，穿透之后其股东为谢洪兴和谢洪平兄弟。
企查查显示，扬腾股份所属行业为软件和信息技术服务业，公司2024年1月成为国家级高新技术企业，同年6月获得福建省创新型中小企业资质，截至2023年年末有员工439人。
截至目前，扬腾股份共有20名股东，除了大股东之外还有Tencent Mobility Limited（腾讯旗下，13.2%）和金色成长叁（香港）有限公司（5%）和Astrend Opportunity IV（Hong Kong）Beta Limited（1.67%）等中国香港地区的企业，以及福州高新区骏腾企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）（合伙人均为谢氏家族，7.77%）和福州高新区福腾企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)（员工持股平台，6.8%）等内部股东，此外还有顺为资本、高瓴创投等旗下的投资平台。
值得一提的是，杨腾股份此次的辅导机构中金公司也有跟投：中金浦成投资有限公司位列第15大股东，持股比例为0.5%。
