5月20日至22日，市场监管总局党组书记、局长罗文在宁夏调研市场监管领域深化群众身边不正之风和腐败问题集中整治工作。

调研组随机抽取银川市、吴忠市的供水、供电、供气公用企业和计量检定机构等，现场调研水电气价格收费情况，以及民用“三表”检定、轮换情况，并对发现的问题进行督促整改。

罗文强调，全系统要扎实推进深化群众身边不正之风和腐败问题集中整治工作，加强民用“三表”计量监督管理，健全生产、检定、使用全链条监管机制，督促公用企业落实主体责任，规范价格收费行为，严格执行国家规定的价格优惠政策，依法严厉打击计量作弊、不执行政府定价等违法违规行为，维护人民群众切身利益。
