智通财经APP讯，首钢资源(00639)发布公告，丁汝才因已达退休年龄，其希望投放更多时间于其他个人事务及安排，决定退任公司执行董事，不再担任公司的董事会主席、执行委员会主席及提名委员会主席及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下公司的授权代表。
董事会已通过作为临时过渡安排由公司执行董事兼董事总经理范文利暂时履行丁汝才现时的职责，出任董事会代理主席、执行委员会代理主席、提名委员会代理主席及授权代表，任期自2025年5月23日已举行的董事会会议结束后生效，直至正式委任董事会新主席为止。
