BlockBeats 消息，5 月 22 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，英国上诉法院部分驳回了 SBV 投资者对包括 Binance 在内的多家大型加密交易平台提起的诉讼，该诉讼指控这些交易平台在 2019 年合谋下架 BSV 代币。
根据法院于 5 月 21 日作出的判决，持有 BSV 并经历其被下架过程的投资者（被归类为“B 类子集”）无权就基于 BSV 假设性增长所产生的数十亿英镑的投机性损失提出索赔。
这些投资者曾索赔超过 89 亿英镑（约合 119 亿美元），声称 Binance 的下架行为剥夺了他们因 BSV 潜在升值为“顶级加密货币”（如比特币 BTC 或比特币现金）而获利的机会。
