英国化工公司庄信万丰5月22日宣布，将以18亿英镑（约合人民币174亿元）的价格向霍尼韦尔出售其催化剂技术业务。该交易预计将于2026年上半年完成。

庄信万丰表示，催化剂技术业务在合成气(甲醇、氨、氢气和甲醛)领域处于领先地位，并拥有强大的可持续技术组合，该交易将为其带来16亿英镑的现金收入。

霍尼韦尔同日表示，庄信万丰催化剂技术业务模式与霍尼韦尔UOP（催化剂和工艺技术销售业务）相辅相成，并能扩大后者在炼油和石化催化剂领域的应用范围。此外，随着产品组合的扩大，霍尼韦尔将首次能够提供生产低排放关键燃料的全面解决方案，包括可持续甲醇、可持续航空燃料(SAF)、蓝氢和蓝氨。

据悉，18亿英镑的交易价值是该业务上财年EBITDA的13.3倍，是同期庄信万丰EBITDA的5.7倍，明显高于卖方分析师对9.45亿英镑的平均估值。

根据庄信万丰的数据，截至3月31日，催化剂技术业务总资产价值为15.6亿英镑，基础EBITDA为1.19亿英镑，基础运营利润为9200万英镑。

庄信万丰表示，出售催化剂技术业务后，公司将被重组为一个更专注、更精简的企业，专注于清洁空气和铂族金属服务(PGMS)。
