智通财经APP获悉，阅文集团(00772)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5%，报26.25港元，成交额2.18亿港元。
消息面上，近期，阅文集团与日本知名文化企业CCC集团达成战略合作，将围绕IP共创与创新运营展开深度合作。光大证券此前指，公司IP衍生多领域发力，24年衍生品GMV突破5亿元，其中卡牌GMV突破2亿元，并与150多家授权合作伙伴建立合作关系；衍生品渠道布局完善，已成功搭建10多家线上自营直播间及电商官方线上商城，并开设8家线下门店，此外通过分销模式覆盖了6000多家线下销售网点和3000多家线上销售网点。AI方面：公司“作家助手”工具集成了DeepSeek R1大模型，并面向全行业作家开放。
值得注意的是，恒生指数系列季度检讨结果公布，阅文集团将被剔除恒生科技指数成分股，变动将于6月9日起生效。瑞银此前指，预期阅文2025年影视剧项目储备可能比2024年少，电影市场竞争加剧，相信未来IP衍生品业务进展及市场关注度转至人工智能应用，将是阅文股价上扬的主要驱动力，基于去年业务逊预期，将2025及2026年经调整净利润预测分别下调10%和9%。
