DBV Technologies (DBVT) filed late Monday a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission covering a potential resale of up to 289 million shares by some selling stockholders "from time to time."

Shares retreated 19%, with trading volume of over 279,000 against a daily average of roughly 436,000.

Ekso Bionics (EKSO) said late Monday it will implement a 1-for-15 reverse stock split to help it regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement, with trading on a split-adjusted basis expected on May 27.

Shares dropped 15% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 3.4 million versus a daily average of about 1.99 million.

IHS Holding (IHS) reported Tuesday a swing to Q1 profit as revenue grew year-over-year. Separately, IHS said it will sell its Rwanda business to Paradigm Tower Ventures for an enterprise value of $274.5 million.

IHS shares declined 12%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 2.22 million from a daily average of about 778,000.
