消息面上，歌礼制药宣布，旨在评估超长效皮下注射ASC47单次给药联合司美格鲁肽在不伴有2型糖尿病的肥胖受试者中的安全性及初步疗效的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究（ASC47-103研究）已完成首批受试者给药。
ASC47是一款由歌礼自主研发的、脂肪靶向、超长效皮下注射的甲状腺激素受体β(THRβ)选择性小分子激动剂。ASC47具有独特的差异化特性，能够靶向脂肪，从而在脂肪组织中产生剂量依赖性的高药物浓度。ASC47单药疗法在Ib期肥胖受试者研究中显示出长达40天的半衰期。在头对头比较的饮食诱导肥胖小鼠模型中，低剂量ASC47与司美格鲁肽联合用药比司美格鲁肽单药疗法多减重56.7%，且不减肌。ASC47-103研究的顶线数据预计将于2025年第四季度公布。
