消息面上，远大医药近期迎来多重利好。公司针对百亿美元规模的脓毒症治疗市场推出的FIC新药STC3141在临床II期研究中取得成功，该产品有望打破脓毒症领域长期缺乏针对性药物的困境，成为重症治疗领域首个具有开创性意义的突破性疗法。此外，公司创新RDC产品TLX591加入国际多中心III期临床试验的申请已经获得国家药监局受理；TLX591-CDx的中国III期临床研究完成全部患者入组给药，并计划今年内在中国递交新药上市申请；集团成都温江的核药全球研发及生产基地将在2025年6月正式投入运营。
华泰证券指出，市场对公司的担忧涵盖利舒安集采的影响及创新产品的商业化兑现，该行认为公司已发展为中国核药产业链最重要的市场参与者之一，看好管线进展下，远大医药的创新价值重塑；Y90受益国内商保变革及院端开拓，在25-27年间能够快速放量；利舒安集采的影响整体可控，在BD加速、存量大产品稳健的基础上，预计25年经营性利润可维持稳健。
