Odaily星球日报讯 英国上诉法院近日部分驳回了 Bitcoin SV（BSV）投资者针对包括币安在内的主要加密货币交易所的诉讼，该诉讼指控这些交易所在 2019 年联合下架 BSV，导致投资者损失。法院裁定，投资者提出的 89 亿英镑（约合 119 亿美元）索赔请求缺乏依据，认为投资者有责任通过出售或再投资等方式减轻损失。法院指出，BSV 并非无可替代的加密资产，投资者本可选择其他类似资产如比特币或比特币现金进行投资。此外，法院驳回了投资者关于“错失增值机会”的主张，认为该理论在加密资产高度波动的背景下不成立。（Cointelegraph）
