智通财经APP讯，华润置地(01109)公布，于2025年5月23日，公司间接全资附属公司北京润置商业运营管理有限公司拟向华润生命科学集团有限公司收购华润生命科学产业发展有限公司100%权益，代价为约人民币2.01亿元及适用利息，惟须受股权转让协议所载的条款及条件规限。
于本公告日期，目标公司为该等地块的土地使用权及该等地块上所建物业的拥有人。于地块2上兴建的物业已抵押予一间银行，作为目标公司的信贷融资担保，有关信贷融资的最高金额为人民币12亿元。目标公司主要从事生物科技推广服务、自然科学及医疗研发、医疗设备销售、资产管理及物业租赁及管理。
公告称，该地块位于北京大兴生物医药产业基地的核心地带，是一个主要产业聚集区。该基地是北京市政府重振现代生物产业的旗舰项目。鉴于其战略性的工业位置，该地块上的项目具有成为行业示范项目的巨大潜力。该项目的开发不仅将加强公司的产业布局，亦与公司作为“3+1”城市投资开发运营商的战略定位完美结合。此次结合彰显公司致力于推进其战略目标并为生物产业的振兴作出贡献的决心。
