Odaily星球日报讯 韩国金融委员会（FSC）宣布将于 6 月起允许非营利组织和虚拟资产交易所出售持有的加密货币，同时收紧交易所代币上架规则。非营利组织需满足至少五年审计运营记录、成立捐赠审核委员会等条件，且仅能接受在至少三家韩元交易所上市的代币并需立即出售。交易所出售加密货币仅限筹集运营资金，每日设销售限额且禁止通过自有平台交易，仅允许流通市值前 20 的代币交易，并需遵守反洗钱标准。FSC 同步强化上币审核，要求本地交易所过滤交易量或市值过低的“僵尸币”，并对迷因币设置用户基数或交易历史等更高上架门槛，以抑制价格波动并加强投资者保护。FSC 表示，新规系 2017 年禁止机构交易加密货币后的政策调整，旨在平衡监管与市场灵活性，并计划于 2025 年底将规则扩展至企业及机构投资者。（CoinDesk）
