5月21日金融一线消息，交通银行发布公告称，2020年5月19日至21日，公司在全国银行间债券市场发行规模为人民币400亿元的10年期二级资本债券（以下简称“本期债券”），并于2020年5月21日发布了《交通银行股份有限公司关于成功发行二级资本债券的公告》（编号：临2020-020）。

　　交通银行表示，根据募集说明书相关条款的规定，本期债券设有发行人赎回权，公司有权在第5年末（即2025年5月21日）按面值一次性部分或全部赎回本期债券。截至2025年5月21日，公司已行使赎回权，全额赎回本期债券。
