智通财经APP讯，F8企业(08347)发布公告，于2025年5月22日(收市后)，本公司的间接全资附属公司长城(作为债权人)与高力(作为债务人)订立清偿协议，长城同意收购而高力同意向长城转让机械设备，代价为110万港元。
根据清偿协议的条文，代价将以抵销部分应收款项110万港元的方式支付。长城将豁免应收款项余额约10万港元。
收购事项已于紧随签署清偿协议后完成，其后(a)机械设备的所有权已转让予长城;及(b)应收款项已被视为悉数清偿。
