美国总统特朗普表态支持美国钢铁公司与日本制铁结成合作，并将这一交易归功于其推动的关税政策，称此举将确保这家具有象征意义的美国企业继续扎根本土。

　　虽然特朗普并未明确支持日本制铁提出的对美国钢铁总额141亿美元的收购交易，但其发声后美国钢铁股价一度大涨26%，反映市场对交易前景的乐观预期。

　　“我自豪地宣布，在经过深思熟虑和谈判之后，美国钢铁将继续留在美国，总部依然在伟大的匹兹堡市，”特朗普周五在Truth Social上表示，“我的关税政策将确保美国钢铁永远是美国制造。”

　　特朗普表示，该合作将创造至少7万个就业岗位，为美国经济带来140亿美元的新增投资，其中大部分将在未来14个月内落地。他还宣布，将于5月30日出席在匹兹堡举行的一场相关活动。

　　白宫确认，特朗普已收到美国外国投资委员会（CFIUS）对该笔收购交易的审查建议。
