消息面上，德昌电机控股将于5月28日 （下周三）举行董事会会议，以（其中包括）批准公司及其附属公司截至2025年3月31日止年度的全年业绩公告，以及考虑派发末期股息。花旗此前指出，德昌电机产品均价上升，同时商品成本稳定，因此2025财年下半年的毛利压力似乎较预期小。该行上调集团2025至27财年的每股盈测6%、2%及6%。该行预计，集团2025财年下半年的收入将下降约6%，对比上半年则下降约4%。
此外，由中央广播电视总台社教节目中心、浙江总站、技术局主办的《CMG世界机器人大赛•系列赛》机甲格斗擂台赛将于5月25日在杭州举行。华鑫证券此前指出，依托在无刷直流电机、齿轮及金属加工领域的深厚积累，公司具备较强的技术整合能力。进军人形机器人产业，有望打开二次成长空间，进入更高价值赛道。
