宁德时代全球发售1.36亿H股 昨日在港上市
5月20日，宁德时代发布公告，公司正在进行发行境外上市外资股（H股）股票并在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市的相关工作。本次全球发售H股总数为1.36亿股，其中香港公开发售1017万股，约占全球发售总数的7.5%；国际发售1.25亿股，约占92.5%。根据每股H股发售价263港元计算，假设超额配售权未获行使，公司将收取的全球发售所得款项净额估计约为353.31亿港元。
经香港联交所批准，公司本次发行的1.36亿股H股股票（行使超额配售权之前）于2025年5月20日在香港联交所主板挂牌并上市交易。公司H股股票中文简称为“宁德时代”，英文简称为“CATL”，股份代号为“3750”。
本次发行完成后，公司总股本将由44.03亿股增至45.39亿股，若超额配售权悉数行使，总股本将达到45.59亿股。持股5%以上的股东中，厦门瑞庭投资有限公司持股比例将从23.27%降至22.58%，黄世霖持股比例从10.66%降至10.35%，宁波联合创新新能源投资管理合伙企业持股比例从6.45%降至6.26%。
2025年一季度，宁德时代实现收入847.05亿元，归母净利润139.63亿元。
