May 22 - (The Insurer) - Ashleigh Sears, head of casualty at USQRisk Holdings, has left the company after one year in the role, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to The Insurer.
Sears joined the alternative risk transfer-focused MGA in April 2024, where she was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of structured and alternative risk transfer solutions within the casualty sector.
Prior to this, she spent four years as Northeast division leader at The Hartford and held earlier roles at Navigators, a brand of The Hartford and Ace USA.
Her departure comes after the late April announcement that Ryan Specialty acquired certain assets of USQRisk, integrating the MGA into its alternative risk business.
