智通财经APP获悉，健倍苗苗(02161)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.2%，报2.48港元，成交额322.78万港元。
消息面上，健倍苗苗此前公布，预期截至2025年3月31日止年度股东应占综合溢利将较去年同期增加不少于50%。集团称，综合溢利大幅增长，主要归因于精准品牌管理推广活动，成功带动集团核心品牌录得强劲销售表现，尤其是品牌药分部的何济公以及品牌中药分部的保济丸及飞鹰活络油。
值得注意的是，健倍苗苗宣布，拟1.71亿港元收购天喜堂药厂90%股权。目标公司为于香港注册成立的有限公司，主要从事制造、推广及销售品牌中药天喜堂天喜丸。天喜堂天喜丸拥有悠久历史传承，在香港及中国内地享有极高的品牌知名度。集团认为，天喜堂天喜丸是一个极具价值的优质品牌，为集团的长远业务增长带来重要的战略价值。
