智通财经APP讯，ST明诚(600136.SH)发布公告，公司拟通过公开挂牌转让的方式出售控股子公司武汉当代时光传媒有限公司(以下简称“时光传媒”)45%股权。交易完成后，时光传媒将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
公司聘请了湖北玖誉房地产评估有限公司对时光传媒进行了评估，评估基准日为2024年12月31日。经评估，时光传媒股东全部权益价值为605.80万元，较净资产账面值-3.74万元，增值609.54万元，增值率为16,297.86%。本次评估结果已在国有资产管理责任主体备案。
