据《彭博》报道，有21间银行同意向软银(SFTBY.US) (9984.JP)授出150亿美元(下同)贷款，以支持其AI投资，当中有13.5亿元来自瑞穗银行(08411.JP)、12.5亿元来自三井住友银行(8316.JP)，以及有10亿元来自摩根大通银行。另外，汇控(00005.HK) 及巴克莱(BCS.US) 亦分别贷出9.5亿及8.5亿元。
是次融资将有助软银未来的AI发展及方向，而集团的首要任务是以65亿元收购芯片设计公司Ampere Computing LLC，并计划向OpenAI投资高达300亿元。首席财务官后藤芳光(Yoshimitsu Goto)表示，集团实际需求较150亿元的两倍更高，而各间银行的迅速反应，反映集团与各银行之间的关系稳固，并有密切沟通。(ss/w)
