智通财经APP获悉，集海资源(02489)午后涨超15%，截至发稿，涨14.62%，报1.49港元，成交额1159.96万港元。
消息面上，集海资源将于5月30日举行董事会会议以审批第一季度业绩。公司此前发布的24年业绩显示，24年营业额5亿元人民币，同比增长30.3%；股东应占溢利1.05亿元，同比增长61.1%。年内公司的黄金总产量（冶炼后）约为904.3千克，同比增加约2.5%。
根据公司招股书，集海资源为一家黄金勘探、开采及加工公司，销售由公司加工的金精矿制成的金锭，主要为Au99.95金锭。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，集海资源为2022年山东省第三大黄金开采公司，市场份额为2.6%（按矿山产量计），但就金矿产量而言，两大参与者的合计市场份额约为78.3%。
