21日，#曝刘诗诗吴奇隆离婚#相关话题再次引发热议。

据相关报道：据企查查APP显示，刘诗施（刘诗诗）名下关联12家企业，其中6家为存续状态，包括北京海润影业股份有限公司等，刘诗诗多担任股东。吴奇隆名下关联4家企业，仅2家为存续状态。

值得一提的是，江苏稻草熊文化传媒有限公司曾为刘诗诗与吴奇隆共同关联公司，吴奇隆在该公司担任董事长，刘诗诗间接持有该公司股份，不过该公司已于2016年10月注销。

此外，今年2月，江苏西子投资有限公司发生工商变更，原股东刘诗诗退出，新增吴奇隆为股东，持股5%。

公开资料显示，吴奇隆和刘诗诗因戏结缘，合作了多部电视剧，如《步步惊心》《步步惊情》《犀利仁师》等，最终在2013年公开恋情，并于2015年步入婚姻殿堂。

2019年4月29日，吴奇隆公布刘诗诗生子喜讯，刘诗诗随后转发并写道“小朋友超级可爱的” 。

两人此前多次被传婚变。2022年2月27日，吴奇隆刘诗诗夫妇曾委托律师发布声明，表示已经向虚构、捏造“刘诗诗吴奇隆离婚”“吴奇隆出轨”“刘诗诗败光彩礼”“二人之间有第三者插足”等谣言的网络用户提起诉讼，以维护合法权益。

2024年12月18日，吴奇隆、刘诗诗被曝已离婚的消息冲上热搜第一。

对此，吴奇隆妈妈否认儿子离婚：“两人明明好好的！”隆妈称离婚是错误消息，她前不久才飞到上海看孙子。

她还大赞儿媳：“诗诗温柔体贴又孝顺，我的包都是她送的。”
