智通财经APP获悉，OSL集团(00863)涨超12%，截至发稿，涨10.8%，报12.72港元，成交额3015.63万港元。
消息面上，OSL集团近日宣布，旗下OSL Wealth与Nine Blocks达成战略分销合作，OSL Wealth将为合资格投资者提供Nine Blocks的旗舰产品“美元市场中性基金”及“比特币市场中性基金”。此外，OSL集团与蚂蚁数字科技签署合作备忘录(MoU)，建立实体资产代币化(RWA)合作伙伴关系。
OSL集团2024年财报显示，国际财务报告准则收入创历史新高，同比显著增加78.6%至3.747亿港元；公司拥有人应占溢利4765.3万港元，上年同期亏损2.64亿港元；每股基本盈利0.08港元。2024年各业务条线收入同比增速超过70%，归母净利润首次扭亏为盈。
