【兰花科创：山西亚美大宁能源有限公司停产】金十数据5月21日讯，兰花科创公告，近日收到参股子公司山西亚美大宁能源有限公司上报的《关于自行停产期间的安全保障工作的报告》，因营业执照、煤矿生产能力要素公告于2025年5月12日到期，亚美大宁已自行停止生产，具体复产时间待定。亚美大宁主要从事煤炭生产、销售业务，企业煤炭年生产能力400万吨，注册资本5360万美元。因对《山西亚美大宁能源有限公司合作经营合同》中约定的合作经营期限存在异议，亚美大宁（香港）公司向新加坡国际仲裁中心申请仲裁，请求延长合作公司合作期限和经营期限，并提出相应的经济补偿。公司正在与亚美大宁（香港）公司、晋城煤运进行沟通协商，力争尽快形成相应的解决方案。
