China Youran Dairy Group Ltd held its annual general meeting on May 23, 2025. During the meeting, proposals were voted on, including granting a general mandate to the Directors to repurchase shares, and extending the mandate to allot, issue, and deal with shares. All proposals were approved by the shareholders.
