Odaily星球日报讯 Crypto.com 宣布已收购 Allnew Investments，以获得由塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）颁发的金融工具市场指令（MiFID）牌照，从而可在整个欧洲经济区（EEA）提供衍生品服务。 该牌照覆盖欧盟 27 国及冰岛、列支敦士登和挪威。Crypto.com 此前已于今年 1 月取得欧盟加密资产市场（MiCA）牌照，可在 EEA 范围内开展托管和交易服务。交易金额暂未披露。 Crypto.com 此举与 Gemini、Kraken 等交易所一致，均通过收购方式取得 MiFID 牌照布局欧洲衍生品市场。Coinbase 本月早些时候亦斥资 29 亿美元收购 Deribit，以增强其在美国衍生品领域的竞争力。（CoinDesk）
