Odaily星球日报讯 美国财政部长贝森特表示，监管机构可能在今年夏季取消一项长期以来制约银行美国国债交易的规定。贝森特表示，非常接近就补充杠杆率（SLR）规定采取行动。他指出，美联储、货币监理署（OCC）、联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）这三大银行监管机构正在着手应对这一问题，“我认为我们可能会在夏季看到结果”。现有 SLR 规则要求银行在交易美债时保留相应资本金，贝森特称，取消该规定可能会使美国国债收益率下行数十个基点。
