智通财经APP讯，5月23日盘后，百果园集团(02411.HK)发布董事会人事变动公告。公告显示，公司非执行董事孙锴因工作安排调整辞任，即日生效，且不再担任集团任何职务。孙锴此前由天图资本委派担任该职务，自2024年6月起任职。
公开资料显示，天图资本作为百果园的早期投资方，于2024年开始阶段性退出。根据港交所披露，2024年其持股比例从11.46%降至4.68%。结合前几日公司港股盘前成交量异动，市场信息显示天图资本或已实现清仓。
百果园集团回应智通财经表示，此次董事变动系老投资方委派董事的工作安排调整。天图资本作为财务投资者，在完成长期投资周期后选择退出，属于常规操作，和百果园的经营无关。
