智通财经APP讯，蒙古能源(00276)发布公告，有关蒙古税务争议的相关事宜。预定今天就我们的税务上诉进行的税务争议解决委员会复审聆讯已延后至2025年5月26日。本公司将在知悉聆讯结果时另行刊发公告。如税务争议解决委员会的复审聆讯结果不利于本集团，依照适用的蒙古法律，MoEnCo仍有权从收到税务争议解决委员会的复审聆讯结果日期起30天内对税务争议解决委员会的决定向行政法院提出上诉。
本公司亦谨此通知，在 MoEnCo 银行帐户内的 4.98亿蒙古图格里克 ( 约 114.8万港元) 被蒙古税务局冻结，以及截至今天，该冻结金额当中的 4.93亿蒙古图格里克 ( 约 113.57万港元 ) 被转移至蒙古税务局的银行帐户。依照适用的蒙古法律，尽管是税务争议解决委员会的上诉或在进行其他法律程序中，只要是有未清缴的税款，蒙古税务局则有权采取进一步行动包括在任何时间扣押MoEnCo在蒙古的资产。本公司将密切监察事态发展并适时及需要时另行刊发公告，让股东及有意投资者及时了解任何进展。
