SEC 在文件中表示，此举是基于这些提案涉及的法律和政策问题，并强调这并不代表委员会已对相关问题得出结论。同时，SEC 还延迟了对 Bitwise 以太坊 ETF 允许质押的提案决定。Bloomberg Intelligence ETF 分析师 James Seyffart 指出，无论 SEC 由谁领导，机构通常都会用足全部审批时间，预计最早可能在 6 月底或 7 月初看到批准，但更可能出现在第四季度初。
