Nicolet Bankshares increased its quarterly dividend by about 14% to 32 cents a share from 28 cents a share.
The Green Bay, Wis.-based community bank operator said the new payout, equal to $1.28 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1% based on Tuesday's closing price of $123.48.
The dividend is payable on June 13 to stockholders of record as of June 2.
The company last May raised its dividend to 28 cents a share from 25 cents, the first time it had ever raised its payout.
