由于整体金融市场疲软，且有关对伊朗制裁是会放松还是收紧的不确定性在持续，原油价格在周二的动荡交易中小幅走低。

　　伊朗最高领袖对与美国的谈判表示怀疑，削弱了市场对达成伊朗核协议的预期，导致油价出现剧烈波动。伊朗最高领袖哈梅内伊表示，他认为与美国的谈判不会成功，并敦促特朗普政府停止“胡说八道”。

　　最活跃的7月WTI原油下跌0.2%，收于略高于每桶62美元。布伦特原油也小幅下跌，但连续第三个交易日收于每桶65美元以上。

　　自上周以来，围绕美伊核谈判的消息时有反复，令油价走势动荡不定。若谈判达成协议，可能会使更多伊朗原油重新流入市场，而投资者本已预计今年稍晚市场将出现供过于求的局面。进一步加剧全球不确定性的是，美国总统特朗普可能会退出调停俄乌冲突的努力。

　　BOK Financial Securities的负责交易的高级副总裁Dennis Kissler表示：“在有关OPEC、伊朗和俄罗斯的局势进一步明朗之前，原油基本上是在一条‘无处可去’的路上。”

　　纽约市场7月交割的WTI原油期货下跌0.2%，收于62.03美元；

　　6月期货周二到期；

　　布伦特原油下跌0.2%，收于每桶65.38美元。
