双方将在电商平台、AI技术、云计算领域展开合作，包括阿里巴巴优先推广美图AI电商工具，协助美图开发新的电商生图及生视频工具和功能；阿里巴巴为美图提供云计算技术支持，美图承诺三年内向阿里巴巴采购不少于5.6亿元的云服务；以及探索更多创新项目。合作需满足相关政府审批及其他先决条件。
