本报讯　记者吕丽报道　5月19日，大连市启动跨境电商产业带全球拓展项目，阿里巴巴全球速卖通（大连）跨境电商产业园同日揭牌，将推进“大连制造”品牌线上的国际化进程，加速大连好物“一键卖全球”。

速卖通是阿里巴巴集团旗下的国际B2C电商平台，拥有3.05亿个海外消费者，被称为“国际版淘宝”。此次揭牌的速卖通（大连）跨境电商产业园位于大连高新区，是速卖通在东北地区设立的首个产业园，将以大连建设东北亚国际航运中心及速卖通在全球200余个国家和地区拥有海量用户的资源优势，“链接日韩、辐射全球”，实施“招商育商、人才培养、生态构建”三大核心举措，为东北地区外贸转型升级提供新平台，推动大连乃至东北区域跨境电商加快全球化。

在启动现场，大连海创投资集团及初海之星分别与速卖通签订战略合作协议，确立在园区运营、资源整合等领域深入合作。速卖通（大连）跨境电商产业园与首批入驻企业、跨境生态链服务商及大连本地高校达成15项合作，涵盖“商家、生态、人才”全产业链。速卖通发布支持大连制造业线上拓展国际市场的具体措施及优惠政策，大连地区企业将获得包括卖家发展、人才培养以及跨境物流在内的全方位服务。
