** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies up, tracking rise in natgas futures NGA/

** U.S. natgas futures NGc1 up 9.2% at $3.39 per million British thermal units, after Monday's lowest close since April 25

** Natural gas prices rose on a decline in daily output and forecasts for more demand next week than previously expected

** Shares of natgas companies EQT Corp EQT.N up 1.6%, Williams Companies WMB.N rise ~1%

** CNX Resources CNX.N and Energy Transfer ET.N each up marginally

** ETFs — United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P rise 8.3% and 16.6%, respectively
