消息面上，5月22日，比特币首次涨破11万美元/枚大关，再创历史新高，总市值超2.1万亿美元。本周一，在部分民主党议员撤回反对立场后，由加密行业支持的稳定币法案得以继续推进，目前已提交至参议院议事日程。值得注意的是，博雅互动发布盈警，预期截至2025年3月31日止三个月，公司拥有人应占亏损预期约2亿元至2.2亿元左右，而去年同期公司拥有人应占利润约3.88亿元。
博雅互动表示，由于期内比特币价格下降，使得集团之数字资产公平值较去年同期有所降低。若剔除数字资产及股权投资合伙企业等金融资产之公平值变动等非经营一次性因素的影响，则集团期内预期将取得公司拥有人应占利润较去年同期减少25%至30%左右，主要由于2025年第一季度收益预期较2024年同期略有减少及因购买加密货币令银行存款减少，使得该期间获得的存款利息预期同比减少。
