格隆汇5月24日｜美国司法部与波音达成不起诉协议，波音愿意支付或投资逾11亿美元，以使波音毋须因为数年前两架737 Max型号飞机发生坠机事故、所衍生的欺诈控罪而被起诉。根据司法部向法院提交的文件，协议中的11亿美元当中，包括4.872亿美元的刑事罚款(已计及2.436亿美元按照较早时协议而支付的罚款)，给予受害人家庭的4.445亿美元新基金， 以及4.45亿美元涉及合规、安全及质量控制的开支。
