农夫山泉钟睒睒：不反对代工，但农夫山泉无法代工
5月20日农夫山泉（09633）的股东大会上，钟睒睒回应最近的饮用水代工风波称：“不反对代工，但农夫山泉目前的所有产品是无法代工的。”
钟睒睒解释，农夫山泉饮用水使用的水源在长白山、千岛湖、武夷山等地，公司投资几十亿元建厂，不仅因为水质好，更为了尽可能减少人为干扰，把水的天然性完整保留下来。
矿泉水具有水源地差距，在饮用水市场确实无法代工。在2024年4月推出绿瓶纯净水前，农夫山泉一直主打的是红瓶“矿泉水”，其“农夫山泉有点甜”指的是来自长白山等水源的天然“红瓶水”，同怡宝、娃哈哈等纯净水打差异化竞争。
管理层称，“我们重新推出了纯净水产品。此举旨在让消费者能够更清晰地感知到纯净水和天然水的差异。”
当然，纯净水和矿泉水在成本方面相差不大。根据农夫山泉招股书，其主营成本以PET塑料瓶及包材为主，从成本构成来看，公司原材料占营业成本约60%，其中PET比重达到30%，包材占比13%，水占20%左右。
