富瑞并指， 虽然万国数据已将一个在pre-REIT（不动产投资信托基金筹备阶段）交易中售出的数据中心剥离出合并报表，但维持2025年营收与经调整EBITDA增长指引；公司披露，截至第一季末的新增总签约面积约4.1万平方米，扣除客户流失后净增3万平方米，为2018年以来的最高季度增长，印证中国AI需求加速增长。
