消息面上，FILA在25年初实现管理层平稳过渡，新任FILA 品牌CEO曾负责安踏儿童和FILA潮牌的管理工作，未来聚焦品牌塑造和产品定位，支持FILA可持续发展。安踏体育此前宣布，全资收购德国知名户外品牌Jack Wolfskin（狼爪），基础对价为现金2.9亿美元。据悉，在完成收购狼爪后，再加上始祖鸟、萨罗蒙、可隆、迪桑特，安踏的户外品牌阵营已覆盖了更广泛的消费圈层。
海通国际指出，管理层给予2025年指引安踏增长高单位数，FILA增长中单位数，其他品牌增长30%以上。预期安踏品牌未来3年维持高单位数增长，主要受益于持续产品力的提升，完善产品矩阵的打造，以及渠道革新带来的动力。该行预期FILA品牌25年维持中单位数增长，26-27年增幅加速至高单位数，主要受益于FILA主品牌多场景和多系列持续拓宽，FILA儿童和潮牌的调整进入尾声，以及新任CEO上任带来的向上催化剂。该行预期其他品牌仍有较快增长，受益于迪桑特和可隆的店效和店铺数双升。
