　　5月21日消息，港股阿里影业午后股价大幅上涨，一度接近20%的涨幅，截至发稿报0.72港元，成交额5.86亿港元。

　　阿里影业午间宣布，拟将公司中文第二名称由“阿里巴巴影业集团有限公司”更改为“大麦娱乐控股有限公司”。董事会认为，此次更名将有助于公司在全娱乐生态中，尤其是线下娱乐市场，提升品牌知名度和重塑品牌策略，为公司提供更相关及独特的企业形象和身份，有利于集团的未来多元化业务发展。

　　5月19日，阿里影业发布了2025财年业绩，显示出强劲的增长势头。截至2025年3月31日，公司实现收入67.02亿元人民币，同比增长33%；归属于公司所有者利润达到3.64亿元，同比增加28%；经调整EBITA为8.09亿元，同比增加61%。

　　其中，大麦作为线下演出板块的核心业务，在2025财年实现了12.30亿元的分部业绩，成为阿里影业最赚钱的板块之一。
