北京商报讯（记者孔文燮）5月21日，北京商报记者获悉，近日农夫山泉发布公告称，经公司股东于年度股东大会上批准，大会通过委任顾朝阳为独立非执行董事，接替因健康原因辞任的Stanley Yi Chang。同时，王媛和范静晗获委任为股东代表监事，填补于敏玉和刘熹悦因工作变动辞任产生的空缺。在随后的监事会会议上，王媛获委任为监事会主席。（文章来源：北京商报）
